DARIN JACKSON

A member of SHGC for 10 years. Captain for 2 years and proud to be a part of SHGC team to help all golfers and the community enjoy the SHGC experience.

GREG TAYLOR

A committed and avid supporter of sports clubs, Greg is a life member of Helensville District RC. He was Secretary of SHGC for five years and is currently the House Convenor. Greg is an electrical contractor.

ROSS WEBBER

Ross’s family has been involved with SHGC since it began 53 years ago. His father, Reg, was an instigator in getting the club on the map. Ross served on committees in the 1980s and 90s – the formative years of transition from sheep and ring-fenced greens. He currently oversees course maintenance.

ALICE HUTTON

A member of SHGC for 22 years, Alice has been Secretary, Ladies' Captain and President of NHGA, receiving a sports award in 2008. She became a SHGC life member in 2014 and President in 2015.

ELEANORE WEBBER

Living opposite the golf club, real estate agent Eleanore soon became involved with SHGC. She, along with her husband and three sons, has played golf on and off for over 30 years. Eleanore believes being secretary helps her to understand the make-up of the club and that SHGC is a great port of call for the community.

DENIS DIXON MCIVOR

I took up golf after suffering a heart attack almost 9 years ago. I stumbled on South Head when my son and a couple of his mates took me for a round shortly after. I couldn't believe what a jewel I had found; the beauty and quality of the course, the tranquillity and the welcoming and friendly members. I joined that day and have been a member ever since.

FRANK BOSCH

Frank has been a member of SHGC for 4 years. As an avid sportsman he has served on various sports club committees over the years.

Now partially retired, he continues to do some work as a contracted  consultant with the International Monetary Fund advising foreign revenue agencies on operations and management issues

KEITH SHAW

Keith plays many sports,  from golf and rugby to squash and ten pin bowling. An A grade automotive engineer by trade, Keith has been manager for NH Ford and Mazda's New Mazda sales for 10 years. He has  been a SHGC committee member for 2 years
